📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage financial records and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Work with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP to streamline financial processes
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Conduct financial audits and reviews
• Provide financial advice and recommendations to support business decisions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional certification in accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus
