📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize financial performance.,Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and financial stability.,Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.,Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and regulatory requirements.,Proficient in the use of financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
