HR Generalist (Recruitment Focus) - Jakarta Selatan

We are seeking a passionate HR Generalist with a focus on end-to-end recruitment to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our talent acquisition strategy while managing core HR functions in a dynamic and innovative environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and employee development. You will work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and collaborate with our HR team to create a seamless hiring experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
• Conduct initial and final interviews, and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Develop and implement recruitment metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of our hiring process.
• Assist with core HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR.
• Contribute to the development of our HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR, with a focus on end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools such as BambooHR or Workday.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with recruitment strategies and tools such as social media sourcing, job boards, and career fairs.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
