📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product growth.,Train and mentor sales staff to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in promotional activities and events to drive sales and brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
