📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive product sales and market penetration.,Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the pharmaceutical industry.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Provide training and support to sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
