📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and ordering.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their performance.,Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.,Assist in implementing promotional activities to boost sales.,Prepare and present regular reports on outlet performance to the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends is a plus.
