Sehati Putri Restaurant is looking for a dedicated and friendly Assistant Staff Service (Cashier) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent service, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests. If you have a passion for customer service and a friendly attitude, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.,Handle cash and card payments securely and promptly.,Assist in inventory management and restocking.,Follow company policies and procedures.,Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.,Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Basic computer skills are a plus.,Friendly and approachable attitude.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic accounting knowledge.Good problem-solving skills.Attention to detail.Time management skills.Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
