CV Galih Persada is looking for a Deputy Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, organizing, and conducting of training programs for our employees. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the professional development of our team and help us achieve our business goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives.,Coordinate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure the quality of training materials and delivery.,Assist in the scheduling and logistics of training sessions, including venue selection and participant registration.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Assist in the development and maintenance of training records and documentation.,Support the Training Officer in any other duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong knowledge of training and development principles, practices, and methodologies.,Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training management software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
