📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions and maintaining financial records.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize financial performance.,Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and financial stability.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth and objectives.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial reporting.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
