Resto Hana Store is looking for a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.,Check guests in and out, and manage reservations.,Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally.,Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Perform other related duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong customer service orientation.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer and office software.
