Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance,Manage and mentor a team of managers and supervisors,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Handle customer inquiries and complaints,Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations,Represent the company at industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role,Proven track record of successful business management,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Experience in a similar role in the industry is a plus,Fluent in Indonesian and English
