📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with national and international standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard identifications to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Monitor and evaluate HSE performance, and provide regular reports to management.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE best practices and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and standards.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Work closely with operations team to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management in the mining, quarrying, or tunneling industry.
• Certification in HSE management systems, such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or OHSAS 18001.
• Strong knowledge of national and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a high-risk environment and under pressure.
• Familiarity with using HSE management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
