📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashiering operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally,Maintain cash and inventory records,Train and mentor junior cashiers,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitor sales performance and report to management,Manage shift schedules and staffing needs,Ensure a clean and organized cashiering area

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role,Experience in managing a team is a plus,Strong communication and customer service skills,Good knowledge of accounting principles,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures,Proficient in using Microsoft Office,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
