Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the structural design and analysis of various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and mentorship.Review and approve structural drawings, calculations, and reports prepared by junior engineers.Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction.Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure the overall integrity and safety of the project.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of successful projects.Proficiency in structural design software, such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Familiarity with construction materials and methods.🛠️ Keahlian
