📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Collaborate with managers and employees to create a culture of continuous learning and development.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Partner with HR to align learning and development strategies with the company's overall goals and objectives.,Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages employee growth and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training tools.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
