📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Conduct job interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various recruitment channels.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.,Provide feedback to candidates and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.,Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and recruitment tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
