Crown Fast Berjaya is looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food and beverages are served to our customers. This is a remote position, but you will be required to be based in Serang, Banten. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Develop and implement menu items and recipes.,Manage the kitchen staff and ensure they are trained and motivated.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in the development and implementation of the company's food and beverage strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.
