Smart Sun Indonesia is looking for a dedicated and friendly Waiter to join our team. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while serving our valued customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and provide a warm welcome.,Take and relay orders accurately to the kitchen.,Ensure timely and efficient service to maintain customer satisfaction.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area.,Assist with cash handling and payment processing.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure food quality and presentation.,Uphold company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience as a Waiter or in a customer service role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language is required.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and remote work tools.,Flexible and adaptable to changing work schedules.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
