Hotel Joko Bakso is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, managing cashier operations, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with immediate availability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Manage cashier operations, including handling cash and card payments.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and visitors.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.,Assist in inventory management and restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily targets.,Follow company policies and procedures related to sales and cash handling.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or cashier role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of accounting and cash handling procedures.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Good time management and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian language (both written and spoken).
