Manage and maintain Active Directory infrastructure, including users, groups, and permissions.,Provide L3 support to internal and external stakeholders, troubleshooting and resolving issues.,Implement and enforce security policies and best practices for Active Directory.,Monitor and optimize Active Directory performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.,Collaborate with the IT team to design, implement, and maintain Active Directory solutions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Active Directory and IT infrastructure.,Document and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Active Directory.,Train and mentor junior Active Directory Engineers and IT staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in Active Directory administration and support.,Certifications such as MCSE: Directory Services, MCSA: Windows Server, or equivalent are a plus.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, PowerShell, and scripting languages such as VBScript or PowerShell.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware.,Proven track record of managing and maintaining Active Directory in a hybrid environment.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
