📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's business objectives.,Manage the entire procurement process, from identification of needs to contract execution and vendor management.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.,Monitor and analyze procurement performance to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Lead and mentor junior procurement staff to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong focus on the water and wastewater industry.,Proven track record of success in managing procurement processes and achieving cost savings.,Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and vendors.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze procurement performance.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
