📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring all systems and equipment are functioning properly.
• Manage and supervise a team of facility staff, ensuring they are trained and equipped to handle any operational issues.
• Monitor and maintain security protocols, including access control and surveillance systems.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and other industry-specific standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and work instructions to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of facility operations with overall business objectives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, with at least 2 years in a data center or mission-critical environment.
• Certifications such as BICSI, CompTIA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using facility management software and tools.
• Knowledge of security protocols and compliance standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
