📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify requirements,Write clear, concise, and accurate documentation that is easy to understand,Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest product changes,Review and edit documentation written by other team members,Work with the marketing team to create user guides and other customer-facing documentation,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide feedback and suggestions for improving our documentation processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a cross-functional team,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
