📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process extended warranty claims from initiation to completion.
• Assess the validity of claims and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Use Sompo Claims Pro to track and manage claims.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in claims processing, particularly in extended warranty claims.
• Proficiency in using Sompo Claims Pro or similar claims management software.
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
